Called Grunts because a large tree branch fell and was in the playground. The had a couple guys not far away and sent them over. They were there within an hour, with a total of 1 1/2 hours from the call everything was removed and cleaned. The guys came to see if I wanted them to rake up the saw dust (there wasn’t enough to count as they had cleaned up very well) . The safety for all children around was considered by the staff. The staff was awesome from answering the phone call to helping out and confirming everything was done to satisfaction. It was true customer service at it’s best. The tree was much bigger than they thought, but no complaints just got the work done..wonderful job. I will recommend them to others.
